Registration and Badge Pick-Up
SNA will have TWO satellite registration desks this year, in addition to the main registration desk located just inside the Washington Street Entrance to the America's Center Convention Complex on Level 1. One of the satellite registration desks will be located in the lobby of the Hilton at the Ballpark; the other will be located in the lobby of the Hyatt Regency Hotel. These registration desks are intended for those who just need to pick up their badge and materials. Any more complicated requests, changes to registration, or the ability to register onsite will need to be done at the Main Registration at the America's Center. The satellite registration desks will be open during the same hours as the Registration desk at the America's Center, Friday through Sunday only. They will not be open on Monday or Tuesday. Getting Around St. Louis
There are several options from and to the St. Louis airport: taxis, Ubers, Lyft, onsite shuttle companies and limos, rental cars, Light Rail (MetroLink) and ADA/Medical transportation. All conference-related activities will be held in the America's Center Convention Complex. Most of the hotels are within walking distance. However, for those that are not we will be providing shuttle service between the America's Center and the SNA official hotels. Attn Industry Reps: SNA Launches Level II Industry Boot Camp!
You asked, and we answered. Starting in November 2019, SNA will be offering Level I and Level II Industry Boot Camp for new and seasoned industry representatives. We have developed two versions of Level II—one with a Food & Beverage Concentration and one with an Equipment & Technology Concentration. Highlights of the new Level II Programs with Food & Beverage Concentration include: USDA Foods and Commodity Processing; Advanced Procurement Issues; Contract Management and Co-ops; CN Labeling, New Product Introduction Strategies; and more. Highlights of the new Level II Program with Equipment & Technology Concentration include: Non-Food Procurement including School equipment and technology trends, Project planning; Equipment Selection, Procurement Options; Completing the Purchasing Process (delivery, installation, training); Equipment Replacement Planning and more. These sessions will also include interactive activities, on-site school visits, an exclusive director panel and student panel with the opportunity to ask your own questions!
