Professional Standards Training Requirements
Did you know that if you select your sessions carefully, you can meet ALL your USDA Professional Standards Training requirements at ANC 2019? Of course, your training will also count toward SNA’s certificate program and credentialing renewal. This tracking tool will help you to track and monitor all of your training.
The height of the world-famous Arch in St. Louis, the host city for this year’s ANC. The tallest in the world and the star attraction in the city’s new $380 million Gateway Arch National Park, the monument first opened in 1965 and offers 30-mile views of the city and the Mississippi River.

SNA and Allied Organizations Provide Input on Child Nutrition Reauthorization
As Congress considers a Child Nutrition Reauthorization (CNR) bill, SNA along with our partners in the Association of School Business Officials and the School Superintendents Association sent a letter to the leadership of key committees outlining our priorities for any CNR effort. Learn More
U.S. Senator Collins and Rep. DeSaulnier Introduce School Food Modernization Act
On June 24, 2019, Senator Susan Collins (R-ME) and Representative Mark DeSaulnier (D-CA) introduced S. 1949 and H.R. 3444, the School Food Modernization Act; this act would require the Secretary of Agriculture to make loan guarantees and grants to finance specific improvements to school lunch facilities and to train school foodservice personnel.
