Recipe - Chicken Fajita Wrap

Ingredients

  • Gordita Bread - 1
  • Chicken Fajita Strips - 3 1/2 oz
  • Cheese, Cheddar, Shredded - 1/2 oz
  • Dressing, Ranch - 1 oz
  • Lettuce, Iceberg - 1/4 cup shredded

Directions

Prior to Day of Service

  1. Heat chicken fajita strips (in batches for more than one sandwich) (Critical Control Point - Heat per manufacturers instructions) (Critical Control Point - Hold for service at 135° F or higher)
  2. Assemble sandwich. Add lettuce, fajita strips, ranch dressing and cheese to the center of the gordita bread and then fold bread around the filling.
  3. Serve immediately
