Ingredients
- Hoagie bun - 50 5" buns
- Beef, Roast, Seasoned - 7 lbs 13 oz
- Cheese Sauce, Cheddar - 3 lbs 2 oz
Directions
Prior to Day of Service
- Heat roast beef. (Critical Control Point - Heat per manufacturers instructions)
- Heat cheese sauce. (Critical Control Point - Heat per manufacturers instructions)
- Assemble sandwich. Add 2 1/2 oz roast beef and 1 oz cheese sauce to the hoagie bun
- Hold until ready to use. (Critical Control Point - Hold for service at 135° F or higher)
