Ingredients

  • Hoagie bun - 50 5" buns
  • Beef, Roast, Seasoned - 7 lbs 13 oz
  • Cheese Sauce, Cheddar - 3 lbs 2 oz

Directions

Prior to Day of Service

  1. Heat roast beef. (Critical Control Point - Heat per manufacturers instructions)
  2. Heat cheese sauce. (Critical Control Point - Heat per manufacturers instructions)
  3. Assemble sandwich. Add 2 1/2 oz roast beef and 1 oz cheese sauce to the hoagie bun
  4. Hold until ready to use. (Critical Control Point - Hold for service at 135° F or higher)
