SNA has created celebratory "What's on Your Tray?" menus that allow you to bring the campaign to your cafeteria.
Each menu has been prepared with the National School Lunch Program and school foodservice operations in mind. So join the campaign and take advantage of this extra special way to show your students you can serve their favorites every day!
This year's National School Lunch Week menus were provided by members of SNA's 2009-10 Nutrition Committee. SNA extends its thanks to Julia Bauscher, RD, SNS, Nutrition Committee chair, for overseeing this project and to Martha Dysart, SNS, Jefferson County (Ky.) Public Schools, for compiling the nutrient analyses.
