Top Voting State Prize Rules

• The total number of votes is based on online votes entered by state at www.VoteforSchoolLunch.org and tallied cafeteria ballot forms received by SNA from schools and districts in every state.
• Online and paper voting is open between August 1 – October 17, 2008
• All paper ballots must be received by October 22, 2008.
• The three winning states will be announced on October 24, 2008.
• SNA is not responsible for the accuracy of online votes.
• There is no limit to the number of times you can vote online.

Prizes

• The prize will be awarded to the state association and will be distributed at the discretion of the SNA State President.
• The prize pack includes Emporium Gift Certificates, a plaque and PR recognition.
• United States federal, state & local taxes and any other applicable taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. The prize has no cash or other redemption value.

SNA reserves the right to terminate the promotion. Should the promotion be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on www.schoolnutrition.org/vote.
