Tropical Fruit Salad - E101

  • Canned Peaches - 1 #10 cans
  • Strawberries, Frozen - 4#
  • Kiwi, peeled, sliced - 10 each
  • 100% Pineapple juice - 2 48oz cans
  • Coconut, flakes - 2.5 cups
  1. In a large bowl combine peaches, strawberries, kiwi and juice.
  2. Portion 1/2cup per serving and garnish with coconut.

Yield: 100 servings

80 cal., 0.5g pro., 20g carb.,0.5g fat, 0.45g sat. fat, 0 mg chol., 10 mg sod., 296 IU vit. A, 14 mg vit. C, 6mg ca., 0.47 mg iron
