Increasing School Breakfast Participation Suggestions
At the ANC 2008 NSBW Education Session, attendees each submitted an idea on how to increase participation in the school breakfast program. There were over 150 great tips and suggestions and the highlights can be downloaded below.

Expanding Breakfast Online
The School Nutrition Foundation (SNF), with funding from the National Dairy Council (NDC), has brought the wildly popular Expanding Breakfast Kit to life as a 2-hour, fully interactive online course teaching school nutrition professionals how to start an alternative breakfast program - or increase participation in their existing breakfast programs - by expanding breakfast outside the cafeteria!

Bridges to Wellness - Breakfast Lesson
The School Nutrition Foundation, has a new nutrition education lesson for students in grades 5-10 available focusing on breakfast. The Lesson 4 promotes school breakfast and is particularly appropriate to teach during or in preparation for National School Breakfast Week.
