Are you dreaming of more cold storage space for fresh produce? Do you wonder how to make your preparation more efficient? Will technology help shave minutes off your service time? This session will focus on the tips of the trade to help you design your ideal kitchen, whether itís starting over or upgrading your current facility. It will also tackle questions such as what type of equipment is available, how to work with your administrators on supporting and financing improvements and where do you even begin the process! The goal is to give attendees the information they need to create improved work environments to better meet the needs and flexibility required for meeting todayís school nutrition challenges.
