How do you document the success of your foodservice program to share with a school board member or your CEO? This session will show which data can be disaggregated and analyzed to identify opportunities for growth in participation, decrease staff absenteeism and increase free and reduced applications. KPIs will identify trending data used to confirm the success of a school nutrition program, as well as the need for growth.

STATE AGENCY SECTION MEETING

USDA Update
This meeting will provide an update from USDA on the continuation and status of the implementation of the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act, new research from the Department and a preview of the 2013 USDA/State Agency Conference to be held in Crystal City, Va., in December 2013. USDA Foods and other important issues will be covered at this meeting exclusively for USDA staff and State Agency staff from around the country.
