Considered the biggest and best in school nutrition, the Exhibit Hall will feature more than 800 booths showcasing the products, services and equipment that will improve the success of your school nutrition operation. Exhibit hours do not conflict with education sessions, maximizing your opportunity to peruse the booths and network with exhibitors.
Culinary Demonstrations - Sold Out!
SNA is now accepting applications for culinary demonstrations at ANC 2009 in Las Vegas! Each one-hour demo takes place during exhibit hours and allows chefs to show attendees how to prepare recipes for school nutrition operations. Demos typically include 2-4 recipes related by a common ingredient or theme selected by the company and approved by SNA. Applications including all proposed recipes are due by February 13, 2009. All applications will be reviewed and the final demonstrations will be selected by March 13, 2009. For more information about the demos, download the application below. The School Nutrition Association is pleased to offer Exhibitors the convenience of online registration when ordering Exhibitor Badges for the 63rd Annual National Conference – Las Vegas.
Here's how it works
Online/Web: Credit Cards ONLY! SNA accepts VISA, American Express, MasterCard and Discover ONLY.
Online Registration: Online Registration allows you to make changes and additions to your badge order up until the time the site closes on Friday, June 12, 2009 (Badges will not be mailed, but available for pick up on site at the registration desk.) After June 12, all registrations must be submitted onsite at the registration desk/Mandalay Bay Convention Center.
Badge Allotment: Exhibitors receive five (5) complimentary badges per each 10’ x 10’ booth space purchased. Once your company goes over their badge allotment, there is a $50 fee for additional badges. No badges, above your allotment will be processed without payment.
Brokers: Badges must be requested by the exhibitor as part of their company list or they will be charged the non-member full conference registration fee of $735.
No one under 16 years of age is permitted in the exhibit hall at any time - no exceptions. This includes family members as well as booth character personnel and applies during official conference dates as well as installation and dismantling days (June 27 – July 3, 2009).
Final Event: Thursday, July 2/ 8pm – 10pm: Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons

Well, nothing will put a smile on your face and a bounce in your step like this year’s ANC Final Event, featuring rock-and-roll legend Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons. This American pop music icon and the star on which the Tony Award-winning musical “Jersey Boys” is based, will be center stage performing those unforgettable doo-wop favorites that will take you back to a magical time in music history.
A ticket to the Final Event with Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons can be purchased at a fee of $95.00. Please find attached the order form to purchase tickets for this event.
