Steinfeld
Recognized for his exceptional motivational abilities and for his philosophy
that fitness should be fun and effective, Jake Steinfeld has become a well-known
exercise and fitness guru. He has worked with a host of celebrity clients,
including Steven Spielberg, Harrison Ford and Madonna, and his Body by Jake
brand is responsible for some of the most successful fitness product lines ever
sold. Steinfeld also has applied his fitness knowledge in several books, as well
as a 24-hour fitness television network and a professional sports league. In
1998, he founded The Don’t Quit! Foundation to support and educate adolescents
about the value of physical fitness by establishing fitness centers in inner

Marta Sahagún de Fox
Marta Sahagún de Fox, wife of Mexico’s former President Vicente Fox Quesada, is
a powerful voice on women’s issues and social responsibility and has played an
active role in Mexico’s democratization. Using the visibility afforded to the
wife of the President, de Fox has taken strong stands on social issues and has
chaired numerous organizations that work on behalf of women, children, health
care and education. With SNA’s continued commitment to global child nutrition

America.

Walter Scheib
Walter Scheib is not your average culinary professional. That’s because in 1994,
Chef Scheib became the chef to America’s President and the First Family. For 11
years, he prepared everything from simple family meals to elaborate state
dinners. Scheib will offer an intimate, human view of two First Families
(President Bush and President Clinton), the corridors of political power,
international personalities and the most famous building in the United States,
from a unique vantage point: The kitchen. In addition to his experiences within
the White House, Scheib will tell of his own personal story of the rise of an
American chef to one of the most prominent positions a culinary professional can
hold. After Wednesday’s Closing General Session, Chef Scheib will be available
