Chapter Leadership Day

All Chapter leaders are encouraged to attend this all-day, first-time session, which is free. Presentation topics will include developing strong leadership skills, planning effective meetings, motivating volunteers and building membership. SFNS Credentialing Exam

The School Foodservice and Nutrition Specialist (SFNS) credential recognizes a high level of professional achievement. State Awards Ceremony

This year’s state presidents will be honored for their efforts to further the mission of the Association. Also, winners of the Louise Sublette Award, Heart of the Program and the Director of the Year Awards will be recognized.

Wellness Event Against World Hunger

Remember to pack your work-out shoes for the Wellness Event Against World Hunger, held on Monday morning in Pershing Square. (Pershing Square is located directly across the street from the Millennium Biltmore Hotel.) Join your school nutrition colleagues who collectively will show support for stomping out world hunger by taking part in this morning wellness event. This event is sponsored by the Child Nutrition Foundation and The Schwan Food Company. The Schwan Food Company will make a donation to the Foundation’s global initiatives for each conference participant who attends this inspiring event.
