and pizza style Mac & Cheese.
Three recipes that use Land O’ Lakes fully prepared cheese
rolls includes: cheese rolls, cannelloni rolls, enchiladas, cheese and chicken
enchiladas.

Chef Brian Osborn will demonstrate a variety of Asian sauce
made from JTM Asian Persuasion sauce base. Chef Brian will discuss the various
regions of Asia, the food and how to incorporate Asian Persuasion sauces into
school foodservice menus. Samples of various sauces will be given to the
audience for tasting.

Iron Chef Breakfast presented by Nestle Foodservice’s
corporate Chef Richard Reilly. This exciting competition between two teams of
school foodservice professionals will inspire and prove to you that good
tasting nutrition is possible! In a matter of 60 minutes, each Iron Chef
team will be challenged to create a weeks worth of breakfast meals that are both
nutritious and delicious! Please join us for a highly interactive presentation
where you will sample all the dishes and choose the winners!
