Premiering in Los Angeles..."Lights!
Camera! School Nutrition!"
If you think you know what Los Angeles is all about...
think again! This vibrant, family-friendly city has a long history as the home
of the motion picture. Indeed, the charm of Hollywood and its celebrity Walk of
Fame continues to lure spotlight-seeking starlets.
But forget about celluloid fame and fortune! This year, Los
Angeles will roll out the red carpet for the real stars, the stars of school
nutrition, during the School Nutrition Association’s 60th Annual National
Conference (ANC), July 16-19, 2006. Move over Steven Spielberg, Jamie Foxx and
Reese Witherspoon—during ANC, it’s time for “Lights! Camera! School Nutrition!”
Whether you will be flying solo or arriving with an
entourage of school nutrition peers, ANC 2006 is the hot spot for both
professional and personal development. You’ll learn, grow and exchange ideas
with others committed to the healthful feeding of our children. With over 400
exhibitors and more than 90 quality education sessions, ANC gives you the
opportunity to learn about the top trends and issues in school nutrition. Be
sure not to miss the ANC “A-list” favorites described throughout these pages.
With so much to do and see, there is no telling what your
close-up snapshot of ANC will include. With your own cameras in tow...get ready
to point, aim and shoot your way to Los Angeles for ANC 2006 for your best
professional opportunity all year—not to mention a little “LA Fun.”
